Anishinabe Legal Services, Inc. provides free civil legal assistance to Native Americans living within the boundaries of the Leech Lake, White Earth and Red Lake Indian Reservations. This assistance includes free legal aid for issues related to disaster relief and recovery. Examples of these types of issues are general legal advice, insurance claims, disaster relief applications, temporary housing, evictions, home repairs, emergency benefits, child custody and child support, and replacing ID cards and other important documents.
