Montana Legal Services Association

Montana Legal Services Association provides free civil legal assistance to eligible low-income residents across the entire state of Montana. This assistance includes free legal aid for issues related to disaster relief and recovery. Examples of these types of issues are general legal advice, insurance claims, disaster relief applications, temporary housing, evictions, home repairs, emergency benefits, child custody and child support, and replacing ID cards and other important documents.

Montana Legal Services Association operates out of four offices.
